1. Could I have a list of what the exact requirements are for the Ascetic's FoW armor set? Just want to be prepared when I get there.

2. What's more efficient for a healer? A staff, or a rod/focus?

for question 2 choose wich ever gives you the most energy.... mostly staves do but some rods and focus do to

2. There's no right answer. Just add the stats on your best wand/focus together and compare it with your staff.

I know I need Ecto and Feathers, but is it Vellum or Parchment that I also need?

So, let's say I have a collector's Holy Staff with a 20/20 Recharge and Casting Time for Divine Favor Skills with a +5 energy staff head and a +30 health wrapping. Would that be better than a max collector's Divine Favor rod and Healing Prayers focus?
